### Jamie Puckett Promoted to VP of Technology

We are thrilled to announce that our long-time technology lead, Jamie Puckett, has been promoted to be our new Vice President of Technology. Over the past 6 years, Jamie’s passion to serve customers has driven him to create systems and processes that ensure issues are resolved quickly and customer-driven development occurs within our software. With Jamie at the helm, we will continue to deliver the freight industry’s next generation of tools that help our customers grow their businesses.

### Upcoming Product Updates !

We are in the final stages of testing our next round of updates with a planned launch the second week of July. Some of the exciting new features you’ll get to experience are:

- Document search within Customer/Carrier Profiles
- System-wide tagging
- Branch-specific reporting capabilities
- Improved functionality for Open/Close times
- Redesign of notifications and reminders
- Improvements to Quickbooks Desktop integration
- We will also be announcing several new [**integrations**](/integrations/partners/) in July, so be on the lookout for that.
