2025 Year In Review

Happy holidays from the team here at Infinity Software Solutions! We are immensely grateful for the trust our customers place in us to help them deliver for shippers and grow their businesses.

While tariffs and the ongoing freight recession have caused problems, our customers, by and large, have weathered the storm well. The majority of our customers have increased their margins while increasing the number of loads they have delivered. Those that were heavily impacted by cross-border freight adapted to ensure their businesses are resilient to whatever the economy throws at them.

As a technology provider, we, too, adapted to help our customers weather the storm.
We launched BrokerOS to provide tools that help freight brokers secure new customers – regardless of which TMS they use.
We chose to partner with several new platforms to help our customers secure additional capacity and reduce operational overhead costs .
We enhanced core aspects of our transportation management system to allow our customers to increase top-line and bottom-line efficiencies.

2025 is our 25th year in business, and we are proud to reaffirm our commitment to providing the tools our customers need to thrive during good and bad freight markets. So, let’s reflect on the past year and look forward to learning, growing, and adapting together in 2026.

BrokerPro TMS

We have invested heavily in BrokerPro TMS this year, and with all of the innovations and changes, it’s easy to lose track of the most important updates. Here is a summary of some of the key enhancements we have made:

Real-Time Load Updates

• When multiple users are in the same load, BrokerPro will allow them to both update the load while showing the other user which aspects of the load’s information have been updated in real-time. This allows for more efficient data entry for teams while ensuring data integrity is maintained.

WebTrack White Labeling

• Customers can now customize the WebTrack Portal with your own branding by uploading your own logo, brand colors that reflect your corporate identity, and a customized URL.

Quickbooks Desktop

• We spent a large chunk of time doing a ground-up rewrite of our Quickbooks Desktop integration – changing the workflow to make all changes going to Quickbooks get queued up automatically.
• The user interface is more intuitive interface so you understand why items haven’t synchronized with Quickbooks – saving you time and frustration.

Contract Management

• This major new feature is launching tonight, and we will do a major announcement after the first of the year. However, I wanted you to know that it’s coming.
  You can now track the number of loads and their associated financials against a customer contract to ensure you and the customer are adhering to agreed-upon metrics.

Automatic Status Updates

• Automatically send status and tracking updates to customers automatically when check calls get added to a load.

Bid Request Improvements

• Allow carriers to include offers via email or SMS.

Multi-Country and Multi-Currency Enhancements

• Expanded support for multiple countries of operation
• Improved multi currency tax tracking for Canadian Provincial taxes

Document Storage for Rate Quotes

• While this has been possible for a long time, we have made doing so much more intuitive by adding a dedicated Documents Tab to our Rate Quotes Module.

BrokerPro TMS Integrations

Our integration ecosystem continues to expand ensuring our customers are able to work with the leading freight tech platforms .

  • Allows you to post directly to the Convoy load board.
  • Automatically assigns a carrier from Convoy’s network within the rate range that you specify
• Epay Manager
  • Pull data from TMS to automatically create carrier invoices
  • Provides an online portal for carriers to dispute charges
  • Offer options like direct deposit or quick pay, reducing payment cycles
• RoadSync
  • Facilitate ACH payments from within BrokerPro

BrokerOS Web is built from the ground up to help freight brokers grow their business. We have launched over 50 unique, and customizable components to help you ensure your website is beautiful and ready for the next generation of search. Every site we develop is constructed in a way that makes your company more visible to AI agents like ChatGPT, Google Gemini, and Claude.

More than just a great website hosting platform, BrokerOS Web:

• Automatically identifies companies and individuals who are visiting your website.
• Pushes your visitor information to BrokerOS CRM (coming in Q1) so your sales teams can follow-up with hot leads.
• Benchmarks your website’s content against your competitors and makes content updates on your behalf to improve your search rankings .

Looking Ahead

Earlier this year, we adopted a quarterly release cadence to facilitate a more deliberate and thoughtful schedule of updates. Beginning in Q1, we will also begin publishing our quarterly roadmap so that you have visibility into what the future of your TMS holds.

A quarter of a century later, we are a strong, growing, and profitable company.
