Is pricing fixed or variable?: Your monthly price will increase or decrease as your invoiced load count increases or decreases. Our motivation is to help you grow your business.
Does BrokerPro have a minimum pricing fee?: Yes. Our platform fee is $650/month.
Does BrokerPro limit features for customers who have a low load count?: No. We want to even the playing field for all freight brokers. Regardless of your size, you have access to our entire platform.
What happens if my load volume increases past my current tier's limit? Will you cut off my service?: We will simply move you to the next tier and bill you during your next billing cycle.
Do you limit the number of agents / users I can have?: No. Whether you need 30 people or 2 people to book 1,000 loads, the pricing is the same.
Do you limit the number of carriers I can have in the system?: Never.
Does BrokerPro have a free tier?: No. Some providers aren't upfront about their pricing. We are transparent.
Does BrokerPro require a contract?: Never. We don't want you to be locked into a system that you don't enjoy using.
Are integrations included with the monthly fee?: It depends on the nature of the integration. We can't control the fees that our partners charge, so please reach out and we can provide specifics for your unique requirements.
