Announcing BrokerPro 6.0

We are pleased to announce an update that includes many improvements, new features, and bug fixes across the platform. Please read below for a more detailed explanation of the changes.

BrokerPro Version 6.0.0 - Release Date: May 8th, 2026

• BrokerPro AI

  • Carrier Screener – When a Carrier calls and asks to work with you, automatically vet them before transferring the call to your office.
  • Document Reminder – Calls the Dispatcher / Driver after Delivery to remind them to send in Proof of Delivery.
  • Dispatch Confirmation – Calls the Dispatcher / Driver prior to Dispatch to make sure they are unloaded and ready to go.
  • Stop Arrival Confirmation – Calls the Dispatcher / Driver after each Stop to make sure they arrived on time.
  • In-Transit Load Tracking – Calls the Dispatcher / Driver periodically to get an update on their location and ETA.

• Loadsure Integration

  • Purchase Cargo Insurance directly from within any Load in just a few clicks
  • Pay via Credit Card
  • Insurance Policy automatically added to Documents

• Loads

  • Scheduled Load Creation - Administrators can automate the copying of existing loads at virtually any interval or frequency.
    To get started, go to Account Settings -> Scheduled Load Tasks.
  • Bill of Lading Stop Selection – On Multi-Pick/Multi-Drop Loads, users can now select the stops they would like to use when Printing or Emailing a BOL.
  • Location Flag button & popup now available on additional stops on Loads
  • Customer Notes added to Customer tab
  • Load Notes can be deleted be the author
  • Load Notes added to the Load List/Advanced Load Search ‘Raw’ Excel Export
  • Carrier Confirmation Notes no longer expand outside of container
  • BOL formatting corrected when Customs Broker is added - spacing issues resolved
  • Resolved an intermittent issue where users were unable to upload Documents to a Load.
  • Carrier Ratings now properly displayed when selecting a Carrier on a Load
  • Loads posted to DAT now use Local Time Zone instead of the Account Time Zone
  • Added an option in each user’s profile settings to display dispatcher info on BOL’s (similar to Rate Confirmations)

• Check Calls

  • Added a new check call type Stop to represent additional stops
  • Check calls can now be reused on a load to record additional data

• Carriers

  • Default Currency Type now based on Payee State/Province

• Customers

  • Remit Payment To information can now be set on a per-customer basis.
  • Sales Rep column is now sortable on All Customers
  • Default Currency Type now based on Payee State/Province

• Locations

  • Advanced Location Search now supports searching by Customs Broker.

• Reports & Accounting

  • Resolved an issue where the Add Receipts Report was showing incorrect amount due in some cases.
  • Resolved an issue where the Pay Carriers Report was showing incorrect amount due in some cases.

• Performance

  • This release includes multiple stability improvements and bug fixes to enhance user experience across all modules and integrations.
